Re: Predictions for Hemel
Lost 4-1, Connor Deards.
Absolutely shocking performance and I left with over 10 minutes to go. Attendance? Not announced but would estimate just over 100? I left with 10 minutes to go, people were leaving before I had Regulars? Hardly any usual suspects in attendance today, seems like fans have decided they are not interested in paying to watch mediocre football. Think today they decided correctly
We play Dovey & Hendrie up front and decide to launch the ball as if Jimmy Deabill is playing up top. Keeper looked dodgy and just seemed to be no organisation through the side. Handsy and Asa were only 2 of the players who looked up for a battle. Danks on the bench with Alex Hickman.
Baffling that Josh Qaynor was captain who never says a word on the pitch, Kim Casey who is usually so passionate on the sidelines looked disinterested.
Good to see Hot Drinks served from the Supporters Club Tuck Shop Programme Sellers Hatch Decided against a hot dog today.

Re: Predictions for Hemel
We did look more threatening going forward today, at least compared to the previous home games. We managed some decent efforts on goal and created chances, something that has been missing. Deards had a good game and it’s good to see Hendrie back who also did ok. That’s the positives!
Defensively, we were very weak. There was a spell in the 2nd half when Hemel were breaking through our defence at will. I didn't think the Hemel scoring was going to end at four. Our new keeper did ok, although he had more than a few uncomfortable moments. In truth, I think we were simply outclassed by a much better team, who probably didn't need to be at their best to beat us comfortably.
Still, it could be a lot worse. We still have a football club. It looks like the end for Kettering who could only field ten men, including two goalkeepers.

Re: Predictions for Hemel
Inept performanve at best. We were all over the place again. Defensively we looked weak. and felt they could score at will. 3 of the 4 goals we conceded were farsical. We never got to gripped with them at all. They bossed the midfield from start to finish, and had two very lively and quick forwards who caused us trouble all afternoon.
Yes the signing of hendrie is a bonus, but from what I have have seen so far , it is going to be a long long season.
Didnt see anything from the touch line to indicate how we could turn things around.
very dis-appointed in the crowd 167. The few Hemel fans that made the journey up, were a decent bunch. some good banter with them.
