Had a quick chat with Ken this morning, apparently something said on the Hereford and Worcester this morning was interpreted that Saturday would be the Reds last game which Ken says is absolutely not true; the whole purpose of slashing the budget is to ensure the club doesn't fold.

On the managerial and playing situation it seems most, not all, lads will be staying on for this Saturday's game.

Ken is interviewing two candidates today for the managers role for which he has already had eight applicants. If an appointment isn't made before Saturday's game Ken has a firm offer from a senior player to take charge of the team for Saturday's match with Hyde.

This radio rumour wouldn't be the worst thing for the club?
Hopefully this will encourage more people out of the wood work to come and watch the Reds 'whilst they still can'. Or maybe I'm clutching at straws..

It might do...

It could be that now it's actually happened, people might actually come down.

It will be a miracle if we win on saturday

Well if they don't come now(as they say!), How is this info getting out to Redditch People? The Advertiser was already out when this broke, so as far as they know Gards is still hear hoping for a good result Saturday(not gonna bring any more than usual).
Anyone who is in contacted with past fans should try and get them back for Saturday, this is where the work really begins!

I was thinking a fair few people may have heard via BBC H&W, and the standard is yet to go out Friday

Alot of friends at work have heard it on H & W,so the word is out,and i am sure people will be talking about it in the local pubs in town now.We will now see how much people want a football club, but that needs to last more than 1 game.
