Just thought I would start this topic off before I venture down to the Valley.
A cracking day saw a cracking game, Played in great spirits but also a good standard. Definetly deserved the win in my opinion and a dubious late goal, with Jack Out of Position.. Many Thanks to Ade and Fenners for getting the game on... and we were unlucky to not get the win.
Man Of the Match By Far: Joe Rawlings (Great Keeper)

Great game that we ended up drawing due to Ref Kimbo taking a back handed from Fenners when 2 balls were on the pitch and Jack goes to kick the other off when Swanny's lot netted

Great game, good keeping from Joe, super backline, tiresome midfield and potent attack where Maradona netted and ran off waving his shirt around his head

TWO OF THE GREATEST GOALS I HAVE EVER SEEN AT AMATUER LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!

must say thought ade's goal was pure class ( must have been a miskick) thought chairmans team were the better team ( not sure why?) also thought the lineo was class , best 1 down the valley all season

sorry guy's but for me lee gets man of the match followed by Adrian, lee because no matter who is in goal lobbing a goal like that needs a thinking player. I will stick my neck out and say that was the best goal seen at the Valley this season!, Adrian because......well you will see the pictures but lets just say the funniest(genuine) manger I have ever seen.

must agree didnt think kimbon did that well also must say joe in goal pure class, by far best down the valley all season by far. sign him up

sorry and joe knows my feelings but he's not a dead ball kicker, apart from that he's class..pure class.his double save was :affraid:fantastic.

I will be working on my goalkicks (from the floor) in the summer because i'm the first to admit it's my weak point and i'm sh*t at it, but surely with work it can only get better?

Lee's goal was fantastic!!

At last, we had a ref who knew what they were doing, well at least in the first half anyway. And as for the lino was "running" the line on the main stand side, the less said about that the better Overall a very good game, lee's goal pure quality, and even Ades goal was worthy of goal of the month nomination.Jacks goal to was just reward for a team that never knew when it was beat. as for man of the man of the match, I though Lee was outstanding, and hazza? at the back was awesome, but even though he is my son i felt Joe was man of the match with some outstanding saves to deny the opposition.

I am happy that Joe gets MOTM for his saves even though he has a bad back from picking the ball out of the net
