Got to be one of the best days I have experienced at The Valley! Supporters v Chairman's XI in the morning, Aide thinking he was Maradona
That horse trotting around the ground and the conga! Was quality and we need to do something similar for the end of the 2011/12 season!

Re: Remember Corby & That horse last season?!
That goal of mine still goes down as one of the best ever at the Canopy end. Receiving the ball from Leethal a good 4 to 5 yards outside the box, I immediately felt a defender bearing down from behind me to my right, a feint touch to the right and the defender ghosted past, this freed me up that split second of time all the greats make before pulling the trigger. Seeing the keeper scramble back there was only one place that ball could go, a curling right foot into the top corner, teasing the keeper into thinking it was wide but knowing from the moment it left those white Adidas Franz Beckenbauer trainers, glory was but seconds away.To be honest guys, it's a goal only the greats of the game could have executed.
Think of them...Pele, Puskas, me, Eusebio,Zico, Messi, Rowly, Socrates,Dalglish, Moore, Barry Cowdrill......it's those type of players only who can recognize in the split second the shot is on. Gifted.

Rowly?....
I have to agree, the description is spot on (except the footwear).
The over weight, 50 year old keeper stood no chance.
Same with Leethal's 'cross'....
