Re: Bye bye Addagio
Interesting, not seen much of Matt Dinsmore but from what I remember, lively and raw, I'd imagine he's at the age now where he needs to be coming good.
When you look at the experience in the side now (Ayres, Hurren, Spencer, Dormand, Wilding) alongside the ability of Green and Smith, Redditch really should be turning the corner, at least looking like getting a win and getting something out of games.
With the experience at the back Reds should not be shipping 3 goals per game which is killing a lot of good work in other areas.

As hard as he tried, another that would be no great loss in my opinion. Remember they both were in and out of a side that was in the bottom three of an equivalent league last season- at least picking up unknown quantities is exactly that- unknown, rather than proven to not make the grade at this level.

Re: Bye bye Addagio
Yep, came through as a youth player I believe. Don't think he's been anywhere else of note- other than maybe on loan, will be interesting to see how he adapts.

Unfortunately Spencer is not good enough at this level IMO. Tried hard but got found out to much that may have a lot to do with the midfield
