'Alleged' incident in March...?!?

3 sides to every story...FA decided to take the easy option with one version of events...standard practice.
Appeal will hear the other side of the altercation.

Knowing both parties involved, I'm so glad it was our kid involved and not me...then it would have been very easy for the FA, as it would not have been 'alleged'.

   

It did not ring true to what I have read on here to be honest, why would someone so dedicated throw it all away on a car park, surely the other party would have telephoned the Police if events played out as he claims.

Good luck with the appeal, I hope it all works out for the best also good to see the club standing behind him because his efforts deserve that.

I agree though the whole thing is rediculous, how an "alleged" story made national news is beyond me! Innocent untill proven guilty.

Not good reading this and something the club could do without.

I will reserve judgement until the appeal has been held.

I have worked with this vile man. He is a confirmed Bully and Petty Thief. So the decision to ban Julian Workman has been over-turned on appeal?
When presented with the facts (or lack of them), the FA changed their minds?

I now hope Julian uses his energy, passion and finances to continue the fantastic work with the juniors at RUFC and forgets this personal vendetta that certain individuals quite obviously are trying to pursue.

Easy to say...not easy to do...when your name and goodwill is put in question in such a public environment.

The other half of me is saying send the lawyers after the culprits and send them to financial ruin.....
