Danny Lewis - Season Over

Sad news that Danny Lewis has snapped his ACL and is out for the season....

Bad news indeed, a real blow for him and Kiddy, he won't be easily replaced.

Will find out what his replacement is like tonight as off to Kiddy v AFC Teflon (RUFC Feeder Club!)

How did he do Lee?
I went Saturday v Luton and tbh he didnt do a lot wrong.
Luton were far superior in all area's and a 2-1 almost flattered Kiddy, who I wasn't very impressed with.

Gutted for Dan though but sure his professionalism and Kiddys knowledge of his ability will combine to a recovery as speedy and safe as possible.

He did OK actually, he did not have a chance with either of Teflons goals. The 1st from Jon Adams was a quality finish after he had made a top save.

Lee Vaughan had a mad 5 minutes, skied a penalty then was shown a straight red for an over the top tackle that was absolutely shocking. Teflon scored then Kiddy equalised and ran the show the 1st half with 10 men. Sinton then switched around his formation and Teflon were a lot better but were poor in the final thrird of the pitch.

Kiddy have played very well in 1 half of the 2 games I have seen and look at quality side. Unfortunately they don't seem to be able to do it for a complete 90 minutes and have also been reduced to 10 men in both games.
