Statement on the RUFC official Facebook Page regarding playing on the pitch is as follows - "the game will definitely be off Saturday as well as Tuesday" and with regards to clearing the pitch - " We will be looking at clearing the pitch. We will make an announcement today as to when we require people to do this. We would need a minimum of 30 to achieve this in a day".

Tuesday's fixture against Gosport has been postponed due to their involvement in the County Cup.

Much higher temperatures and heavy rain forecast for weekend so nature may well clear the snow off the pitch, though water logging may be next issue.

Evesham united have got there home game on today, amazing what a club can do when they make a big effort to get it played, aparantly rufc haven't even managed to make the road safe let alone the pitch playable, will be a bumper crowd at Evesham today with alot of local games being off, let's hope reds don't lose anymore casual fans who might enjoy there trip.

Finally watched some football over at Worcester. Pitch played really really well considering the snow they took off it!
