Future In Doubt?

I have personally been impressed with how Liam has started off his managerial career. To be fair to him he has shown he is learning quickly and he has made some mistakes but he has learnt from these.

Some of the players he has had from the start have obviously not been good enough and he has moved these on. He also seems to be very thorough with how he wants his teams to play, what he cannot do is control how they execute these when they cross that white line.

I think he needs a season to be judged but I believe he will get through this season. The continued merry go round of managers needs to be stopped from happening as it affects the club more and this has been a problem for a good few years.

You work with a budget given and get on with it, Liam and co are doing so but they have a core set of players in a good squad now with Callum Flanghan back, Sammons and Sterling-James.

Walsall have done this year after year with Bonser and should be commended. He runs that club fantastically well and it is a pleasure. Crewe are another fine example
