Saturday was only my 2nd Redditch Game (I usually follow Tiverton Town or Willand Rovers) and I have to say it was a great spectacle.

I was brought up in the area and every Saturday was spent playing football/cricket in the adjacent fields (what happened to the School!) with my Father and Brother so it brought back some great memories. I also love the run down, peeling, old school, falling apart at the seams stadium; so much more character than Evesham and Stratford's new grounds.

The game was exciting, the crowd were vocal, the tea palatable and the fireworks unexpected.

I'm moving back to the area in the New Year and I'm looking forward to seeing some more games.
