Trip To Aggborough May 7th 2011!! :D

This Evening I recieved a very exciting email from the Kidderminster Harriers Fans Team, Inviting Us to a Game in their annual Closing season event and presentation eveing at Aggborough Taking Player on the First Team Pitch and afterwards in the Aggborough Suite.
I was aware after there very successful trip to the Valley, they had enjoyed their time and wished to build a strong relationship with us as a team beginning with this invite, they gave also been very helpful in helping us assemble. The Package offered is very very very good and would be a fantastic day for us and would also be another good way to put forward the club and fans team in general (Several Other Teams will be there) However IMO the event is rather Expensive, Kidderminster have asked me to fund them £250 on the day, this will work out at around £13-£15 quite steep considering we only charged £5 a player including Floodligts. However I am very excited about this event, and therefore do wish to take a team of Reds Fans preferably a squad of 16-18 for what would be a great day all round.
The proposed plans so far would be to meet at The Valley around 3-4 hours before our designated kick off, to enjoy a pre-match drink/meal and food and socialise with fellow players and friends. From here, we would make our way to the car-park, where groups of Car Sharing would have been assigned as best as possible.. We would then Travel to Aggborough.

Full 90 minute match with full officials.
Full use of facilities before and after the match.
A buffet after the game and man of the match trophy in the Aggborough Suite overlooking the pitch.
Match Programme
Tannoy and scoreboard in operation.
Photographer at game and hopefully someone videoing the game.
