Tonight At The Valley.

Redditch United Reserves v Cradley Town FC. Kick Off 7.30pm

Tonight at The Valley Marcus McDonald (Liam's Brother) brings his West Midlands Regional Premier side Cradley for the Reserves second pre season friendly.

Tonight will be a mix of some of Liams first team squad as well as new additions that have joined the Reserves. Some of the players on show will include the first teams recent goalkeeper signing Sam Hornby as well as Daniel Pitt, Jermaine Hylton, Joel Canes, Jordan Anderson , Ash Pardoe and our very own Chris Brown.

So if your in need of a football fix then come down to The Valley tonight and watch what were hoping will be a competitive game.

Unfortunately as stated previously the canteen will not be open this evening.

Hope to see some of you guys this evening.

Game went very well. Reserves won 3 - 1. Jermaine Hylton got 2 and Daniel Pitt got 1.   There were some good players on show for the reds, especially pleasing was that a lot of last nights players were under the age of 20.

With respect to Marcus McDonald , Cradley Town had a 20 minute spell where they were on top but the other 70 minutes the reserves carved them open. Certainly the way we are playing football at the moment is a joy to watch and i'm positive that the first team will impress the fans this year.

Our next game is v Northfield Town on Saturday. Kick Off 3pm

Regards

Justin
